The Best Vegetarian Food at the MN State Fair
When you think of the Midwest diet, your brain might say, “Bacon! Beef Jerky! MEAT!” But in reality, Minnesota has really excelled in the vegan/vegetarian department in the past few years, and the infamous State Fair is no exception. We recently visited the Great Minnesota Get Together and came up with a list of some of our favorite treats. Fear not — you won’t go hungry if you’re avoiding the meat.
